  I have been here 4 times within 1 week and every single visit is a headache. My first appointment was for an emergency eye issue. When I arrived, I was informed the doctor was running 35-40 minutes behind and did not end up seeing the doctor until 90 minutes after my appointment time. On top of it, there was no communication from the front desk/receptionist to inform me that the wait would be more than DOUBLE of what I was initially informed. Today I'm on visit #4. When I arrived I specifically asked the receptionist if the doctor is running on schedule and was told the wait would be 5-10 minutes. It is now over 30 minutes after my appt. time and I am still waiting to be seen. So, it's a good place for the doctors that get paid just the same no matter how terrible the customer service is. In any other industry this would be completely unacceptable. Hopefully this is the last of my follow up appointments. I will never return & wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.

  Terrible experience with the nurses in Internal medicine. If you dare question your doctor or nurses line of treatment these fools will start verbally attacking you and insult you. I had asked why they were trying a treatment that had been tried (and failed) previously by an ENT in the same building. Apparently I'm not supposed to question any of them or they tell you to go find another doctor. It was obvious that the doctor was not familiar with my condition and I believe she used this opportunity as an excuse to "get rid of me" as a patient as she didn't want to research it any further. Really disappointed with Dr Sodhi and her pretentious, rude staff. Also, her staff did not properly follow up with the place I got my blood tests done - they had only received 1 of 4 results and I told them as much (multiple times no less!) and they never followed up and pushed the blood test clinic for the results that were missing, now it's too late. I would never go back to this location, just a joke!

  What ever health issues one suffers, it is not a doctors place to coment to their asistant that your Crazy. About a month ago went to see dr flink as I was in the room after he finished with exam I over heard him make that coment. Hope not all pain management doctors are this rude at froedert building on town hall, my experince with everyone else has been good even his assistant.
