- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went to the dentist yesterday - I made the appointment before I read these reviews, and am 100% glad I kept it! I went in for xrays and a cleaning; they slotted me for 50 minutes, and I had about a 5-10 minute wait. I was out almost exactly in 50 minutes! The staff was pleasant and efficient - I saw that some people felt rushed, but I didn't! Both the technician and staff chatted with me about books, and it was overall a pretty pleasant experience - plus my teeth feel great. I'd definitely recommend it.May 31, 2017by Meaghan M
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been a patient of Dr. Eric Zall, this Dental Associates is his practice, for about 9 years. Dr. Eric, as he is known, is great. Good bedside manners, fast, and little to no pain. Unfortunately, Dr. Eric seems to be working less and less and even when I make an appointment to see him I am stuck with someone else. I can handle it, but recently when my 6-year-old son needed a cavity filled we were stuck with a dentist who had the bedside manor of Gulag prison guard. He positioned my son in a way that his butt was unable to touch the chair and made him hold this awkward position. In no time he began yelling at him for moving. I understand the importance of a dental patient holding still, and I'm not opposed to someone being stern with my son to get a point across, but his tirade scared me, and he didn't have a drill to my face. At one point my son yelled "ouch', and this dentist yelled at him for talking. The procedure was never finished. The dentist said he could not work under these conditions. So after being shot-up with Novocaine, twice, only to be yelled at, my son is now afraid of the dentist. Great! This experience was so bad we will never return. It is unfortunate, Dr. Eric, I believe, is still a wonderful dentist, if you can see him. As for the other yahoos working for him - STAY AWAY!March 04, 2017by Joe Liberatore
